William Remodeling started in 2008 with a single truck, a single hammer, and a simple rule: do the work right, or don't take the job. Eighteen years later, we're still owner-led and still small enough that the person who quotes your job is the person finishing it.
Our office sits on 101 E Mulberry Street in downtown Bloomington. Most of our customers find us through neighbors, family, and the trades we've worked alongside on hundreds of projects across Central Illinois.
We don't subcontract our way through your project. We self-perform every trade we list — drywall, paint, floors, smart home, framing, finish carpentry — which is why our schedules stay tight and our quality stays consistent.

On-Site Quote
We come out, ask the questions a contractor should ask, and follow up with a written estimate — usually within 48 hours.

Schedule & Build
You approve, we schedule, we build. Same crew every day. Cleaned up every night. Daily progress photos for jobs over a week.

Walk-Through
We walk the finished job with you. Punch list closed before final payment. One-year workmanship warranty on every project.
